I’m honored and grateful to have been awarded the 2026 American Indian Youth Literature Award for Chooch Helped, alongside the author, Andrea L Rogers. I’ll be at American Library Association Annual Conference in Chicago to accept this award in June, as well as speaking on a panel at the American Association of School Librarians President’s Program.
